✅ We offer 30-day free returns.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’ll make it right — fast, fair, and free.

📦 Return Eligibility

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email

Due to the nature of our products (medical and diagnostic supplies), opened or used items cannot be accepted for return, unless faulty.

🚚 Free Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs for all eligible returns within the UK.

We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label upon approval of your return request.

❗ Exclusions

We do not charge restocking fees.

We do not label any items as “final sale.”

However, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened medical/personal use items

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

  • International returns (outside the UK)

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

You’ll be notified by email once the refund has been issued.

🚨 Damaged or Faulty Items?

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll send you a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
